Mystery Shopping Report Service

To assess the effectiveness of your inbound enquiry handling we will conduct four calls to your firm.

The calls will take place at different times of the day and during the call we will ask for a conveyancing quote for a property transaction.

Following this, we will provide you with a comprehensive PDF report which will cover five key areas

  1. Initial conversation
  2. Building rapport
  3. Transactional questions
  4. The process and costs
  5. Asking for the work

The report will also include highlights, areas to note and recommendations.

All calls are recorded to enable you to review them yourself.

The cost is £250 plus VAT and will be ready within 10 working days from ordering.
